By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
reCAPTCHA Enterprise may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send this data to Google for security analysis. This information is used solely for providing, maintaining, and improving reCAPTCHA Enterprise and for general security purposes
CleanTalk Anti-Spam processes your IP address, email address, form submission content, and form field values for spam protection. This data is transmitted to CleanTalk’s cloud service for real-time analysis and stored for 7 days by default (45 days for extended service) before automatic deletion. CleanTalk may use anonymized spam activity data to improve protection across all connected websites
CleanTalk SpamFireWall may set cookies to manage website access and block spam bots before they reach the website, reducing server load and protecting against automated abuse.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate SES, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service for any purpose
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including reCAPTCHA Enterprise protection and CleanTalk Anti-Spam filtering
Engage in spam activities, automated form submissions, or other abusive behavior that triggers our security systems
Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Contributions”). You are responsible for Contributions that you post to the Service, including their legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Contributions to any part of the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose.

To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To attempt to bypass or interfere with automated security measures, including reCAPTCHA Enterprise and CleanTalk Anti-Spam
To engage in spam comments, registrations, contact form submissions, or other automated abuse
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Southern Evangelical Seminary and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices including how we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 Enterprise and CleanTalk Anti-Spam for security purposes.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or attempt to circumvent our security measures or engage in spam activities.
The information on this Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Evangelical Seminary excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
In no event shall Southern Evangelical Seminary, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
